Social and environmental factors:
- Absence of emotional and social support when exposed to the knee.
- Unemployment and occupational instability.
- Stressful life conditions in childhood (loss of a parent before the age of 11, divorce between parents, education and dependability).
- The deposition of sedentary life events (death of a relative, loss of a lover, displacement, transfer of residence and residence), mood disorders, especially depression.
- Events of success and depressed joy may occur (depressive promotion), and events of grief may occur with exhilaration (mania of mourning).

Obsession is less prevalent than depression.
Nausea usually begins at the age of 20, although there are cases that begin after the age of fifty.
The start is sudden, and the clinical plate is completed quickly and lasts several months, ending abruptly, and sometimes turns into a chronic obsession.
The severity of symptoms varies, often resulting in occupational and social disability.
