b. Pheochromocytoma.
c. Adrenal medulla hyperplasia.
d. Addisson's disease.

(d) Hypertension secondary to endocrinal causes occurs in:
- Pheochromocytoma.
- Crohn's syndrome
- Cushing's syndrome.
Addison is associated with hypos (hypotension, hypokalemia, hyponatremia and hypocortisol).
