At the origin of scratching:

Do not cover yourself too much:
If you cover yourself too much, you can sweat quickly. If the perspiration remains too long in contact with the skin, the eczema can worsen and the itching intensifies. Dressing warmly is important in winter, but be sure to wear a cotton t-shirt under your sweater so you can easily discover.

Moisturize your skin daily with a relipidant balm:
