Autosomal dominant angiodysplasia, retinal capillary angiomas are associated with multiple haemangioblastomas of the brain, especially the cerebellum, and spinal cord; malignant tumors may arise in other organs, particularly the kidney (hypernephroma), suprarenal (phaeochromocytoma) and pancreas, which may also be the site of multiple cysts as will as liver.
