Spacers in oral surgery:
The spreaders are generally held by the operating aid, but sometimes the practitioner uses a second to protect the language for example.

Farabeuf retractors:
They are metal slats of about 15 mm wide right angle bends at both ends, both sides of which are not the same length and slightly bent at the end and foams.
Dautrey retractors:
They have schematically the same shape as the previous ones, with longer ends and carved into gutters. They exist in several sizes.
Ginestet retractors:
Ginestet retractors are intended for lower wisdom teeth, but their claws are traumatic for tissue, I always used them upside down, on the side of the handle and they are very effective like that.
Nichrominox Malleable Spreaders:
These are blades of different malleable sizes that can be shaped according to the needs. They are excellent spreaders because everyone can train them to his idea.
