Nasopalatine n: supply palatal mucoperiosteum of ant. Hard palate related to upper canine & incisor
greater palatine n: supply mucoperiosteum up to canine region Anterior to this, the innervation is derived from the Nasopalatine n.
Post. Superior alveolar n: supply upper molars & tissue related to it (gingiva-buccal mucosa of molars and Max.sinus).
Infraorbital N: supply upper lip, cheek, side of nose and lower eyelid , buccal gingiva and sulcus from midline to premolar region.
incisor-canine & premolars (Ant. & middle superior alveolar nerve arise from the infra orbital nerve in the infra orbital canal.
